Throughout my career I have worked with many different philosophies and strategic frameworks but at the end of the day, my goal is to build something that is useful, shareable and actionable. I look at what exists first, and work to design a solution for your unique organization and situation, not push a framework on you.

Success rides on proper socialization and change management. Too many times I have seen clients try and push a solution on the organization, rather than have the organization form the solution. From Day 1 on, I work closely with client leadership to put in place an effective sponsorship structure and socialization plan to ensure that the right people are heard, informed, and celebrated.
